Performing Solutions was started in 2018 by Earl Grays.

Born in San Francisco, Earl came from a background that emphasized personal growth and community service. In 2010, he embarked on his journey in the trucking industry as an early driver for Thistle - a food delivery startup.

Recognizing the lucrative nature of the trucking & logistics industry, Earl made the decision to establish his own company, Performing Solutions. This marked the beginning of an exciting journey for him.

Since then, he has trained over 300 drivers.

At Performing Solutions, we firmly believe in a holistic approach to learning. Our program goes beyond CDL training and incorporates a comprehensive range of wrap-around services and personal development opportunities.

These services include financial literacy, fitness and nutrition, mental health and wellness, violence prevention, and conflict resolution.

By collaborating with other organizations, we are creating a combined support system that addresses social, financial, legal, and emotional needs.
